The only real surprise on the list is Boise, ID, coming in at number four, ahead of Seattle, Denver, Philadelphia, San Diego, etc. I wonder what boosts their e-reader use so high? On the other hand, if there's a dearth of good bookstores in your area, how much better reason to have an e-reader on which any book is available for purchase any time.
